Jedoch wurden wir dann eines besseren belehrt da der Staubsauger seit Wochen nicht geleert wurde und komplett verstopft war( es fiehlen Unmengen von Haaren und Sand aus ihm ), auf der Terrasse wuchs überall das Unkraut, unter den Fenstern lag Müll herum, der Strandkorb hätte gut mal etwas Pflege verdient einfaches reinigen mit einem Handfeger hätte sich gelohnt.Da im Haus kein Empfang mit dem Handy war, fragten wir nach dem Internet und und wurde gesagt irgendwo in der Wohnung müsste im Schrank so eine Gästemappe sein hier finden sie das Passwort! Oh richtig gesucht gefunden, es hätte mich gefreut wenn sie offen als Begrüßung gelegen hätte, es dauert einige Zeit da das Passwort falsch mit Trennzeichen dort notiert war( ging aber dann ohne Zeichen) hier das gleiche Spiel im der Wohnung nur direkt am Fenster Empfang oder auf der Terrasse, sonnst nirgends in der Wohnung, das war echt nervig!Am Abreisetag hätte ich mir gerne etwas mehr Zeit gewünscht da das Zeitfenster an der Rezeption von 10-10:30 zu knapp bemessen ist vor allem wenn auch andere Mitbewohner Waschmarken, Beschwerden oder andere Wünsche in dieser Zeit äußern können! Usedom ist schön die Unterkunft trotz der oben genannten Mängel auch . ##### Heiko H. Das Zustellbett ist für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet, dafür gab es ein Reisebett. Super Lage, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand oder zum Kurplatz über den Waldweg. Der Check In war sehr unfreundlich und kalt, hat nur ihren Text runter erzählt, kein Herzlich Willkommen nichts. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder waren nicht aufgepumpt und erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wieder fahrtüchtig gemacht. Wäsche waschen kostet 2h 2,50 Euro, was sehr gut ist, da muss man nach dem Urlaub nicht mehr so viel waschen. Laut Werbung im Internet hat das Objekt W LAN inklusive, unsere Wohnung leider nicht und auch kein Netz. ##### Cindy F.
