The apartment is in the rear part of the building, facing the forest. From the balcony you have a wonderful view in and over the dune forest. You will find the parking space in the underground car park. The Baltic Sea is only a 2-minute walk away. The backwater, bakery, supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Waldhaus residence was built in the style of the Usedom spa architecture and offers all-round service (reception, bread service, etc.). In the other part of the building you will find a restaurant and café. The apartment is of high quality. You will find the kitchen in a separate room as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room was furnished with a sofa bed, sitting and dining area, cable TV, telephone. The bathroom / toilet was completely redecorated and modern in winter 2018/2019\. Furthermore: small storage room, separate bedroom Important note: In the high season (July / August) the arrival and departure is always on Saturdays! Activities, leisure and culture: Summer and winter, the area offers you a variety of opportunities for excursions and sporting activities. These include: Swimming, splashing around and building castles in and on the Baltic Sea, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, horseback riding, golf, bowling and much more. Between Zempin and Koserow is a large section of the beach for nudists. You can fish, play tennis or ride a horse, or enjoy the 1900 hours of sunshine a year on the island of Usedom. An 18-hole golf course offers the opportunity to improve the handicap. There are discos and a casino for night owls. Visit a historic salt hut here in Zempin, treat yourself to a really first-class concert. Because Usedom has culture, e.g. B. play orchestras like the Berliner Philharmoniker and great jazz ensembles from Poland during the annual Usedom Music Weeks in September. Location and arrival: At any time, the quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle and yet centrally and conveniently located place is pure relaxation. The UBB - Usedomer Bäderbahn - takes you directly via Wolgast– Züssow - Greifswald to Stralsund or via Heringsdorf Ahlbeck to Poland. From Züssow you can use the Deutsche Bundesbahn to go to ICE long-distance destinations. You can easily reach Zempin by car from all directions via the Autobahn - exit Gützkow towards Wolgast and continue on the B 111 directly to Zempin or B 110 Anklam - Usedom - Zempin, flight: Flugplatz Heringsdorf / Garz. Once you have arrived, you have space for your vehicle and peace of mind. You can conquer the island and its treasures with all possibilities according to your needs. No matter whether by bike, car, on foot, on the backwaters and at sea by ship, with the Carriage or as a skater. WLAN-Empfang super. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war super. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man mit der Usedom-Card die Usedom-Bahn ohne weitere Zuzahlungen (Ausnahme: Fahrrad) nutzen kann. Die für eine Ferienwohnung verhältnismäßig große Küche befindet sich in einem extra Raum. Zum Strand sind es etwa 5 Gehminuten. Auf dem kurzen Weg zum Stand befinden sich zwei (Schnell-) Restaurants, die für für das leibliche Wohl sorgen. Das Auto kann man sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Ich muss zu meinem Bedauern sagen, dass ich hier immer nur vorbei gefahren bin. Für diejenigen die ihren vierbeinigen Freund ein paar schöne Tage gönnen möchten, am Strandzugang befindet sich auch der Hundestrand. Unterm Strich viele Gründe wieder zu kommen! ##### Jörg M. Auch das neue Bad und die gemütlichen Sessel im Wohnzimmer waren ein Pluspunkt, sowie der geräumige Schrank im Schlafzimmer (da sind nur oft die Schlüssel abgefallen). Der Check in verlief etwas unglücklich, was aber Eigenverschulden war. Wir konnten uns nach der langen Zeit der Buchung nicht mehr an den Hinweis erinnern, den Hausmeister zu kontaktieren und waren etwas verdutzt als es vor Ort keinen Schlüssesafe für unsere Wohnung gab. Nach einiger Zeit konnte aber alles mit dem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister geklärt werden. Wir haben hier den ersten Familienurlaub zu dritt verbracht, deswegen ein paar Kleinigkeiten aus Sicht einer Mama/Papa: Leider war der Teppich im Wohnzimmer nicht sauber (Hundehaare) und ließ sich auch selbst schlecht reinigen. Unser Kind hat dort oft gespielt. Putzmittel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Nur der Wischmop roch stark. Müsste vermutlich mal ersetzt werden. Es lässt sich schlecht lüften und wird deshalb schnell warm. Damit hatten wir im Sommer und einer Dachgeschosswohnung aber bereits gerechnet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es fehlte nur Salz. Die Türklinke im Schlafzimmer knarzte sehr laut und hat unser schlafendes Kind des öfteren aufgeweckt. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ☺️ ##### Rebecca T. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Kleine Widersprüche gibt es zwischen Mietvertrag und Hausordnung. So darf man laut Mietvertrag 11Uhr abreisen. In der Hausordnung steht 09.30 Uhr. Auch, dass die Küche nicht in der Endreinigung enthalten ist, ist keine gute Regelung. Das der Geschirrspüler geräumt ist und der Müll beseitigt ist, glaube ich, ein Selbstverständnis. Trotzdem bedarf es mal der gründlichen Reinigung der Schränke. Auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Töpfe sind wirklich nicht mehr alltagstauglich. Aber das sind kleine Hinweise und können schnell behoben werden … Ich komme gerne wieder! ##### Katrin E. Sehr helle und freundliche Wohnung mit komplett renoviertem Bad und Toilette. Alles vorhanden. Auch der Stellplatz in der TG ist super. Übergabe sehr locker. Rückgabe: Schlüssel in der Wohnung und zuziehen. Fertig. Leider muss vor uns jemand mit einem größeren Hund in der Wohnung gewesen sein. Deshalb noch einige Hundehaare. Nicht ganz so schön. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt es in der Wohnung an nix. Gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad, Balkon, Tiefgarage. In näherer Umgebung sind Bäcker, Meer, mehrere Gaststätten, Fahrradverleih , Spielplatz innerhalb von. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachdem uns die Ferienwohnung im vergangenen Jahr schon positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist, hat sich dies in diesem Jahr bestätigt. Die Umgebung bietet - im Winter - gar nichts außer Strandnähe und Nähe zum Bahnhof. Es gibt keinen Laden und die Gaststätten sind geschlossen. Wen das nicht stört, für den ist die Wohnung perfekt, da alles ohne Auto zu erreichen ist. Es gibt aber auch eine Tiefgarage, wenn es denn mit Auto sein soll. ##### Cordula G. Ein paar wenige Punkten könnten noch etwas optimiert werden: Z.B. die Sauberkeit der Küche (Schranke, Lüftung und Inventar), Möbel in der Wohnung sind zweckmäßig gut/geräumig), aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Inserat wird auf „Brötchenservice und Badewanne“ hingewiesen. Diese gab es aber nicht (mehr). Die Lage war nur ein paar Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt. Wer Action möchte, ist hier aber falsch. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und sind dann für Tagesausflüge in die anderen, lebhafteren Seebäder gefahren. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter😊! ##### Pia B. Angefangen von der netten Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, hin zur reibungslosen Schlüsselübergabe durch einen Dritten, bis zur optimalen Lage in Strandnähe. Die Ferienwohnung hat ein kleines aber ausreichendes Bad, welches modern eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, sogar einige Gewürze und Spülmittel standen bereit. Zur 100% Zufriedenheit hätten wir uns noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht. Das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Schlafcouch ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles um den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen zu können, ebenso das Schlafzimmer. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 2 min erreichbar und das Meeresrauschen ist bis zur Wohnung hörbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die zum entspannen einlädt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort! :) ##### Saskia H. Das neue Bad sehr schön.Due Dusche toll. Die Küche ist gut gemeint aber schlecht gemacht. Das Licht ist viel zu dunkel, kein Tageslicht da kein Fenster. Der Lüfter verteilt die "Dürfte" aus anderen Kuchen darunter im Raum. Es stank nach Bratfisch, auch wenn wir Nudeln gekocht haben. Die Spülmaschine müsste erneuert werden. Sie tut zwar ihren Dienst, ist aber arg verkalkt und stinkt. Leider keine Mikrowelle. Absoluter Minuspunkt! Auch waren leider einige Töpfe, Becher und einiges an Besteck dreckig im Schrank vorzufinden. Sowas ist ärgerlich... Das Schlafzimmer hat den Charme einer Klinik, auch wenn die Matratzen sehr gut sind. Haben gut geschlafen, aber wie um Krankenhaus...;-) Ä rgerlich war auch, das man einen alten Grundriss der Räume sehen kann. Das Bad wurde neu gemacht. Die Wanne ist weg, dafür aber eine tolle Dusche da. Das verwirrt. Die Nähe zum Meer ist top. Das war das Hauptkriterium weswegen wir uns für die Wohnung entschieden hatten.
