  • The quiet 3-room-terrace-apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Floor in the apartment house 'Südwind' and is also accessible by elevator. All rooms are tiled, equipped with underfloor heating. Bedroom and living room have direct access to the 27m² covered terrace. Balcony chairs and table invite you to linger. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living area has a large couch, armchair and table, and the latest cable / TV, free Wi-Fi, radio with CD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with comfortable seating. In the bathroom you will find toilet and shower and a bath. Additional storage space offers a large storage room. The large panoramic windows invite you to look into the dune forest to the Baltic Sea. In the house there are 2 saunas, 1 swimming pool, a wellness area, as well as 2 laundromats and 2 coin dryers. The apartment has its own parking space. In common, the children's playground a covered bicycle rack can be used.
