The quiet 3-room-terrace-apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Floor in the apartment house 'Südwind' and is also accessible by elevator. All rooms are tiled, equipped with underfloor heating. Bedroom and living room have direct access to the 27m² covered terrace. Balcony chairs and table invite you to linger. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living area has a large couch, armchair and table, and the latest cable / TV, free Wi-Fi, radio with CD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with comfortable seating. In the bathroom you will find toilet and shower and a bath. Additional storage space offers a large storage room. The large panoramic windows invite you to look into the dune forest to the Baltic Sea. In the house there are 2 saunas, 1 swimming pool, a wellness area, as well as 2 laundromats and 2 coin dryers. The apartment has its own parking space. In common, the children's playground a covered bicycle rack can be used.

Tolle Unterkunft

Uns hat es in Zempin sehr gut gefallen. In der Ferienwohnung war alles da, sogar Kaffee, Taschentücher, Seife etc.Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Balkon hatte ein sehr schöne Lage zum Wald u man konnte trotzdem das Meer sehen. Der Balkon war perfekt für Yoga. Zum draußen sitzen war es nicht etwas frisch.Das Highlight war der Pool. Wir waren jeden Morgen u Abend schwimmen.Dei strandnähe ist perfekt u sogar ein kleiner Imbiss hatte offen.Wir können das Domizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Es ist ein wunderbares Objekt. Die Wohneinheit hat alles, was man benötigt, um einen schönen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Ein Lob auch für die Reinigungskraft. Wir haben eine sehr saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Das Objekt ist zu empfehlen.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Die Wohnung und das Schwimmbad sind wirklich sehr sauber. Für uns ist das der wichtigste Aspekt. Ansonsten ist alles da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter als auch der Hausverwaltung war auch sehr freundlich. Meerblick vom Balkon. Was will man mehr? Top 👍Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Entspannung am Meer

Der Urlaub wurde dank der Ferienwohnung in der Anlage "Südwind" zu einem vollen Entspannungserlebnis. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, einschließlich Schwimmbad und Sauna, als auch das so naheliegende Meer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Viele Details zeugten von hohem Interesse, den Gästen es so annehmlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Von der sehr gepflegten Außenanlage bis zur praktischen Hilfe eines Schuhlöffels. Danke an alle, die damit in der einen oder anderen Weise zum Gelingen des Urlaubes beigetragen haben.

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung fast direkt am Wasser

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Wäscheständer, Küchenzubehör, alle Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Müllbeutel, Seife,Kosmetiktücher etc. sind großzügig vorhanden. Leider muss ich mich einigen vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen. Die Balkontür im Wohnraum kann nur geklappt werden, wenn man dann kocht, ist großzügiges lüften nicht möglich. Der Straßenlärm ist leider auch sehr deutlich zu hören. Ansonsten gibt es einen schönen großen Balkon, wir konnten draußen frühstücken aufgrund der Temperaturen. Ansonsten liegt der Balkon auf der Schattenseite, bei höheren Temperaturen war das Zimmer dadurch schön kühl. Zum tollen Strand sind es wirklich nur 2 Minuten.

Das Objekt sowie der Parkplatz waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Apartment war sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Wäscheständer, Geschirrspüler, Spülmittel, Küchen- und Toilettenpapier u.s.w. war alles vorhanden. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut geführten Appartementhaus. Gerne wieder!

Ruhe Oase

Sehr sauberes und neuwertiges Ferienobjekt. Alles dabei für klein und groß. Die Terrasse und der Blick, lassen allen Stress abfallen. Möbiliar soweit im guten Zustand und sehr wohnlich/ gemütlich. Matratzen im weißen Zimmer könnten vielleicht mal getauscht werden. Ausstattung hervorragend. Das einzige was ein wenig stört ist, daß der Feuermelder in Küche/Wohnbereich angeht wenn man etwas im Ofen macht, weil trotz Dunstabzug die warme Dampfwolke direkt zum Feuer - melder zieht. Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung und zum FKK sind es 8 min. Also perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hatten uns mehr versprochen

Die Lage ist schön, leider hat der Balkon kaum Sonne, die anderen neben uns waren aber auch gemütlicher eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit lässt schon zu wünschen übrig. Der Geschirrspüler war so schmutzig, daß Sieb habe ich mal kurz durchgespielt. Auf der Herdplatte noch Spuren vom Vorgänger. Die Türen in der Wohnung wurden wohl schon lange nicht mehr geputzt... Beim ersten Duschen stand das Bad quasi unter Wasser, gab nur halbe Dichtungen an den Duschtüren. Das das Fenster im Wozi nicht richtig zu öffnen ist, hat mich auch gestört, weil man nur über die Schlafzimmer lüften konnte, nach dem Kochen. WLAN war oft weg. Und der Fahrstuhl funktionierte auch kaum, da ich behindert bin, hat mich das schon belastet
