Für 4 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind sowie einen Hund war diese Wohnung einfach perfekt. Sie ist super geschnitten und aufgeteilt. Besonders schätzten wir die separaten Badzugänge von den 2 Schlafzimmern aus. So hatte jeder seinen abgetrennten Bereich mit Bad für sich. Die Wohnung ist super kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Vom Kinderstuhl angefangen, über ein wunderschönes, stabiles Holzgitterbettchen, bis hin zu einem Töpfchen, einer Babybadewanne und ein Treppchen, um beispielsweise das Waschbecken besser erreichen zu können. Wirklich klasse! Auch sonst ist die Wohnung sehr stilvoll und maritim eingerichtet und macht vom ersten Augenblick sofort ganz viel Freude auf den anstehenden Urlaub. Es ist auch in der Küche an alles gedacht worden. Als wir die Wohnung zur Ankunft betraten, war alles tip top sauber, geputzt, hergerichtet und es glänzte sowie duftete einfach herrlich gut und nach einem frischüberzogenem Bett/ sowie Handtüchern. Das machte einfach schon einen ganz tollen Eindruck. Von der Hauptstraße, die direkt vorn entlangführt, hörten wir nicht wirklich etwas/ es beeinträchtigte den wunderschönen Urlaub gar nicht!…da die Villa etwas weiter hinten auf dem Grundstück - direkt am Waldrand steht. Auch der Außenbereich zu dieser unteren Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern sowie Hund. Man kann sich entspannt zurücklehnen - am Morgen draußen frühstücken - sowie am Abend die letzten Stunden bis zum Sonnenuntergang im gemütlichen Strandkorb genießen. Währenddessen können die Kinder spielen und der Hund konnte ebenso nicht ausreißen - da alles von einem Zaun umgeben ist. Geht man zum Gartentor hinaus, gelangt man direkt über einen Fußgängerweg in nicht mal 10 Min. Zum Strand und hinein in den Wald. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder! ##### Maximilian B. Der Weg durch den Wald zum Strand war nicht weit und die Wohnung mit Garten hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Es war allles da, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, als 3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Für 4 Personen ideal geschnitten- genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden, sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Ostsee tatsächlich direkt um die Ecke.
