AMAZING!

We would love to thank the entire staff... From the registration desk, to waitress, to the cleaners... Same service level. Thanks to Marie, Doreen ect... Amazing service level!

It was the first hotel we stayed in Zanzibar for sightseeing purpose in world heritage Stone town. We stayed for two nights in the first week of Dec and enjoyed the stay. Excellent location for the purpose. We picked sea view room. The taste of interior was excellent. Park Hyatt style with nice color fabric and sturdy furniture. Old African safari romantic style with Arabic Zanzibari style mixture. Balcony was small but nice to have. All public spaces are also well decorated with excellent...

We had two days in stone town as part of a bigger trip to Zanzibar. Our stay at Mizingani Seafront Hotel was great. Big clean room, helpful staff and the location was the perfect base for us to explore.

We were greeted with very friendly staff.Their service and hospitality was beyond our expectation.

We had a trouble at check in which was resolved quickly by the helpful staff. The room was clean and had a hairdryer in the bathroom. We loved the rooftop pool. Plenty of breakfast options and a beautiful beach. The location is perfect and we felt very safe there.

We stayed one night in Serena and liked it enough to spend our final night in Zanzibar there. This is a lovely traditional building with very good restaurants and welcoming staff who are unfailingly polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the sea location, yet in a quiet square in the heart of Stone Town.

Everything was fine with me

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found my self in need of a hotel half way through my trip and opted for this one. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe and the hotel was lovely and peaceful. There is access to the sea at the bottom and the hotel and that’s pretty much where I ended up most days on the sun beds. Staff were lovely, especially Sara, she goes Above and beyond her duties. She was kind enough to take time out of her schedule and go out on a tour with me. I Certainly miss the...

Very friendly and attractive hotel, staff happy and invariably helpful. A good place to stay although it is in a busy area of Stone Town.

Great location, very close to all main tourist attractions. Staff was very curteous and helful. Very goood breakfast, especially local coffee.

Great property and staff.

Saleh the owner is a tremendous host. Nothing is too much trouble. I have nothing but respect for him and how he helps his community. The house is in a quiet street, perfect for the airport. Most folks stay for a night on the way home or before they move on. However I stayed for five nights and had a splendid time.

Lovely stay here. Delicious rooftop breakfast

One of the best things about the hotel are the helpful and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, although a couple of minor teething problems as the hotel only opened 3 weeks ago. The staff more than made up for this though. One of the waiters, provided endless entertainment for us both; we really enjoyed our meal even more (one thing we hadn't realised was that the hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages, which we didn't miss at all in the end!). Pool and terrace has incredible...

Simply a very smart, friendly and well appointed hotel with big clean and cool rooms. Lovely pool and bar area with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and all the sites.
