The studio is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2021, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a porch swing. Internet access is available with limitations.

Vermieterin wollte unbedingt Kurtaxe (54€) kassieren, obwohl diese 2020 für ganz Ungarn gestrichen ist. Hab's ihr mehrfach gesagt, hat sie nicht interessiert. Drei Tage später kam sie und meinte, ich hätte Recht. Stattdessen dürften wir die Klima nutzen. Ob ich das überhaupt wollte, hat sie nicht interessiert. Am Abreisetag gab's prompt Probleme mit der Verrechnung der Kaution/Kurtaxe...
