Was cold in the cabin, but blankets provided were smelly . Would have been good to have usb power socket
Flight was great and staff where very helpful
would be better if you could check in online more than 1 day ahead of flight
V good service
a bit longwinded sering meal considering it was overnight flight and prople wanted to sleep. Meal/drinks and duty free weren't finished until 2am and woken again at 03:45 for snack.
Poor entertainment on board, but friendly staff and plenty of food and drink made up for it
The only issue I had (and it's not unique to Aer Lingus) is how far back the recline of the seat is - once the seat is reclined, the tv is very close to the person behind and the tray is unusable. I personally find it very rude to recline the seats as it makes for a very uncomfortable flight for the person behind. Apart from that, the flight was good
A wonderful flight
