3.5 star hotel with a 5 star ❤. One of the most thoughtful hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Staff is courteous and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Exceeded all expectations. Located next to a mall with all kinds of dining options available in a pinch.

One night business trip
I missed the information about the renovation work going on at the hotel so was surprised at reception as it does resemble a building site. However the hotel does still have options for breakfast and dinner. The rooms themselves are pretty good although water pressure in the shower was disappointing. You cannot argue with the value for money and I would stay here again.

It’s an odd location right at the mall but it is super modern, and very clean. Very Good staff who speak English. For staying in Walbrzych on business it is a good location.

Nice hotel with some minor cons
Basically a good overnight stay, however please bear in mind that parking is shared with shopping center so during peak time you may need to go a good way to the receptions. Another thing is chaos in breakfast. No prompt refills, no free tables, everyone should grab anything, if they want to eat a bit, and plates are still staying basically empty.

A fantastic choice. We could not fault it
We stayed 7 days in this modern hotel and toured to various towns and villages to visit places where grandparents had lived. The staff at reception were always friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent, car parking was limited but was supplemented by the adjacent huge new Victoria Shopping Mall car parking. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. definitely the place to stay in Walbrzych. The airconditioning was able to cope with the 35 deg C outside temperatures.

Wir waren nun das sechste oder siebte Mal dort und können es bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen und das Ambiente, sowie die Lage des Hotels sind super! Wir freuen uns auch zu hören, dass unsere Zimmer gut ausgestattet sind und über kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee und Wasser verfügen. Ihre Anmerkungen zur Bettengröße werden wir berücksichtigen und wir schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr. Unser Team arbeitet hart, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Gast glücklich ist und in guter Erinnerung bleibt, aber manchmal müssen Änderungen vorgenommen werden, um den örtlichen Vorschriften oder Unternehmensrichtlinien zu entsprechen. Wir haben die Speise- und Getränkekarten geändert, aber das Angebot wird so weit wie möglich erweitert. Bra hotel med brister - Good hotel with som minus
Vi har bott här flera gånger. - Frukosten var fantastisk som vanligt. - Personalen trevliga, som vanligt. Lite dåligt med engelskan denna gång, men det gick bra ändå. Det som inte var så bra denna gången: - Visst, vi skulle bra stanna bara en natt men ändå. Vi hade bokat ett tvåbäddsrum men fick en 3 bädds rum. Den tredje sängen tog bort en hel del golvyta av hyfsad ett litet rum. Dessutom blockerade (den enda) stolen vid skrivbordet. Frugan med ryggbesvär behöver alltid sitta på en stol. Det gick denna gång, men aldrig mer. - Råkade se att det fanns torkad (vilken tur) urin utanpå toasitsen. Man kunde se att städpersonalen hade torkat runt på själva sitsen, men inte tittat neråt och sett detta. Men jag hoppas att detta bara va en engångsföreteelse för vi kommer alldeles säkert bo här igen. ______ We've satyed here several times. - Wonderful breakfast as usual. - Nice staff as usual. There was little problem with english this time, but we sorted it out anyway. The bad things: - We booked a twin room but got a room with 3 beds. My wife having back problems needs to sit on a chair, but that 3rd bed locked the chair and it was hard to use. This was only one night stay, so we didn't bother to change the room. - I happened to see that there was dried urine on toalet sit. I notoced that the cleaning staff had cleansed the upper part of the sit, but haven't seen the lower part of it, with the urine. Dispite that, we plan to stay here even in the future. It's a good hotel

Mycket bra och prisvärt hotell
Vi har bott här ett par gånger tidigare, så jag visste vad jag skulle och det stämde. Bra frukost. Tyst och lugnt Rent och fräscht Kuddarna är dock väääldigt stora och hårda, så jag köpte en mindre kudde på Jysk precis utanför hotellet. Bara 1 täcke i dubbelsängen.
