"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again"

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."
