Prachtig hotel, maar…. - eten was lauw en uitgedroogd (buffer). Veel was al op. Onvriendelijk personeel. - inchecken duurde vreselijk lang en uitchecken ook. - we waren met een groep, maar konden niet bij elkaar zitten. Sterker nog: we moesten bij vreemde mensen aan tafel zitten. - niet klantgericht

Attentes déçues

Réalisant un road trip sur la Bohème et après consultation de différents avis, je me faisais une joie de me rendre dans cet établissement. Au premier abord, tout semble pour le mieux dans cet établissement qui semble être de catégorie supérieure. Les diffférents hôtels étant tous connectés les uns oux autres par des corridors intérieurs, on a accès à toutes les facilités du groupe. Néanmoins, s'agissant d'un établissement présenté comme thermal, on peut s'attendre à retrouver une ambiance de type Széchenyi avec un spa présentant différentes eaux pour le bien-être du corps. En réalité... non... Tant les "Roman Bath" que les autres espaces aquatiques sont alimenté par le même type d'eau que dans une piscine classique... rien de très thermal... La seconde suprise, je l'ai eu en tombant par hasard sur la grille tarifaire de l'établissement... on se rend compte que le prix payé de la petite chambre aurait permis d'avoir la chambre la plus supérieure existante (appartrement) en réservant via d'autres moyens... on se sent quelque peu floué... Pour ce qui est du petit-déjeuner, il est à la hauteur au niveau qualité et choix. Il faut néanmoins patienter que le staff trouve une table de libre pour poser nos cartons nous donnant droit au déjeuner, chaque des tables étant réservées pour des personnes ayant un séjour pour des soins. Enfin, pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un parking, il existe une possibilité pour 6 euros mais il y a ensuite quelques couloirs et escaliers à emprunter..

Dash for Marienske Lazne ... spa holiday

The purpose of my visit was to meet friends for a special dinner at Medite Restaurant and Bar. Here is gourmet chef who prepared several course meal with wine pairing. Cuisine and wine are from Spain. This is second trip made to Marienske LAzne for this purpose and was great. This is small resort city I think less involved than Karlovy Vary. The Danubius Hotel is quite nice and has many amenities particularly for those planning a week long spa vacation. I think the amenities of hotel were mostly closed because of a religious holiday . Maybe other weekends they have more to offer.

Fantastic holiday at medicinal spa at Marienbad

We loved our stay so much that we would rate it with 6 stars if possible, everything was perfect! I have never felt so relaxed since the time I was born, most beautiful room and stay, we very impressed by the options on non-pharmacological medicinal treatments, highly recomend you consult local spa dr to get the best idea about treatments available and helpful to your personal problems. We will come back again soon, there are many reasons why English King Edward VIIth visited 9x Marienbad! There is nothing similar to it in the UK.

В целом отель неплохой для лечения! Соответствует по всем параметрам именно лечебнице а не первоклассному отелю для проживания. Врачи дружелюбны! Номера чистые! Питание нормальное!Расположение замечательное!Поскольку в основном люди в Марианские Лазни именно за лечением, то все негативные моменты можно оставить за кадром.... Город понравился очень!!!! Прекрасная возможность гулять по паркам и лесу и наслаждаться тишиной и красотой природы!!!!Вернуться в этот прекрасный город конечно хочется!

Perfect place, just avoid the lunch menu.

The hotel is excellent, friendly staff, nice and comfortable rooms and perfect location. The only wekness, which supprised us a lot in such a place, was the kitchen. We ordered two different dishes from the lunch menu (out the 4 available) and both tasted like they were kept from yesterdy. It reminded me of the meal they sell in our office cantine for 3 EUR...
