The apartment is newly renovated in a three-unit building, on a quiet street with almost no traffic, and comfortably accommodates five people. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace.

Three bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and tub), guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor terrace with a beautiful small green garden.

There is also a smart LCD TV with satellite channels (German, Italian, and French channels), air conditioning, a large carport (covered parking) in front of the house, and free Wi-Fi.

Security cameras are located only outside in our car park and at the entrance in front of the apartment. When you park your car in our free parking space, it will be secure and safe.
