House with 3 apartments in peacefully part of town for perfect holiday in Zadar. Beach is 200 meters away, and if you not like beach swimming pool is in yard. Patio with table and BBQ facilities near pool.  
Parking place in shadow is available for our guests. Bus station and store are on walking distance 8 minutes away. Bicycle is free of charge, subject to availability. Children friendly neighborhood.
