Beautifully designed hotel with super comfotable beds. A limited western menu is available for dinner, but there is a great western selection for breakfast on offer. The pool is huge. Very helpful staff with many speaking perfect English, if that's your language. Would definitely recommend

What a great place , staff was super helpfull and help us with a guide for a day (ask for Nancy she is the best).
The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable.
As Dali's old town is closed for cars please contact the hotel a day before you arrive so they can help you with the suitcases.

Beautiful resort with many amenities. Perfect for doing nothing! Located somewhat removed from everywhere/everything, but transport quite plentiful and inexpensive. Hotel staff try hard to please, but very very little English makes it difficult. Standard restaurant not very good (eg fruit not ripe), but Thai speciality restaurant excellent. We moved there from a small, family run property. The Crowne Plaza grew on us, and we were sorry to leave!

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Great spa with excellent messages.
Friendly and most helpful staff.
Distance to the rooms could be on the long side, it is a big resort.
Highly recommended.

The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better.

I had an excellent stay overnight en route to my final destination. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was wonderfully comfortable.
The lady at reception was really helpful to point me to the train station instead of a taxi for my final destination- much more comfortable ride and much less expensive. She also arranged a taxi for me to the station.
