"Told that there was an airport shuttle. when we arrived we called the hotel and asked to be picked up. we were told to wait at end of terminal. waited 50 min and called again. same thing they were going to tell driver we were waiting. waited another 45 min and called again. they asked what flight we were on. I told them I arrived in my personal Aircraft. Front desk clerk saiid driver only picked up commercial passengers. We took a taxi and it was $20. got to hotel and clerk was somewhat rude. I have service Dog and he wanted documents to prove it. I showed him the documents and then he asked for a picture / Badge??? Service dogs do not have that type of ID. The room was clean but A/C was in operative and room was 88 degrees . Avoide this ripoff at all cost."

"Freddy was great at check in. The hotel was little dirty due to construction workers dirt in the carpet. There was an odor I believe from the restaurant attached to the hotel that was in the air. Some mold in the shower we brought to the front desk attention. Convenient location to the airport. Lots of tv channels. Great towels!"

"The property was very clean,quiet and comfortable, with easy directions for location. The kitchen was well stocked. The access code didn’t work at first but we were able to contact someone who figured it out for us. A discount was available at the spa and as a guest could access the facility throughout the day. We enjoyed two visits. We also enjoyed the walk around the game preserve located nearby with our grandkids. Lots of babies this time of year. . We will keep this place in mind if we need one in the future."

"Kitchen was great! We do most of our meals so it worked good. As i say to most of our hosts, please provide a place to set your suitcase. I did use the tote in the closet for mine but for older folks it is nice to have an old coffee table or something so it doesn’t need to be on the floor. "

"This was a relaxing, cozy spot to have as a base for exploring Whitehorse and the area. It was a very lovely touch to have a basket of scones, some local coffee and jam waiting for us upon arrival. Check in and communication was seamless. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We enjoyed watching a variety of birds outside the door and seeing a fox on the property. Note: if you’re a light sleeper you may find the proximity to the main road a bit loud. This is a fairly-priced accommodation."
Classy and modern suite 10 minutes away from city center

"The place was in a new residential development less than 15 minutes away from amenities. It was clean and simple. There were only a couple of things we found the place was lacking, the first was a bath mat and secondly scissors. We had to use a kitchen knife to slice open our bagged salad & salad dressing. A pair of scissors would’ve made it easier."
