This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and once again, I had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how accessible and convenient the parking was. The restaurant was also great, with good food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, convenient, and welcoming, which is why I chose to stay here again. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
The room was exceptional and loved that it was also pet friendly. Only negative was it was extremely expensive. It was around $645 for 1 night's stay. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Our room was very nice, clean comfortable bed. Check in was good.
I would like to make a suggestions, it would be nice to get a coffee in the morning as you only have espresso in the room not everyone likes espresso. We have stayed a few times now and left before you put coffee out at 6:30 as we had to leave to catch our flight.
GROSSLY OVERPRICED! When I saw the word "Hyatt" in the Expedia description, I automatically booked it, expecting luxury. There is NOTHING luxurious about this hotel. No pool. No complimentary breakfast. No courtyard, no scenic views, nothing. Uncomfortable barstools at the bar, and they charge for parking but don't let you know until it is too late. Front desk staff was indifferent. Best part of this hotel was the cool fireplace in the bar and NOTHING else! I Can't believe I spent $400 on a room for one night which was nothing more than a Super 8 could deliver. And the hard-sell emails were annoying. I HATED THIS PROPERTY!!
