Exterior: Pull up to a peaceful, low-traffic residential street and enjoy a large property with room to breathe. The house sits on an expansive lot, with open space around you and room for parking in the driveway + attached garage. The yard is calm and desert-friendly, offering a mellow outdoor setting — perfect for afternoon coffee or stargazing under clear desert skies. "OPTIONALLY HEATED POOL" October 1 - April 30; $500 to heat the pool to 85 degrees + $179/day May 1 - September 3; $350 to heat the pool to 88 degrees + $179/day The pool cover is required at ALL TIMES when you are not using the pool. A 72 hour notice is required for pool heat as the pool takes 3 days to get to temp because we have an electric heater.
