Beautiful, updated home in a great location. Close to schools, shops, and restaurants in Yucca Valley. Large in-ground pool, sauna, and an office space. Gorgeous, new bathrooms, renovated during summer 2022\. Four bedrooms with lots of closet space. Big garage. Energy-efficient home with solar power.  
  
WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!  
  
Exterior:   
Pull up to a peaceful, low-traffic residential street and enjoy a large property with room to breathe. The house sits on an expansive lot, with open space around you and room for parking in the driveway + attached garage. The yard is calm and desert-friendly, offering a mellow outdoor setting — perfect for afternoon coffee or stargazing under clear desert skies.  
  
Inside:   
Step into \~1,950 sq ft of living space designed to be comfortable and functional. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas — ideal for groups who want to hang out together. The kitchen is equipped with modern essentials (full fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher), plenty of counter space, and cookware for meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner.  
  
The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms are set up for comfort and privacy, while the bathrooms are clean and practical. There’s indoor laundry for convenience, and the overall floor plan is single-story, which makes moving around easy for guests of all ages.

Reliable high-speed internet is available throughout the home.  
  
Office Space:  
Remote workers will find their haven with an office space in one of the bedrooms.

We encourage guests to help us conserve water and electricity during their stay, as the high desert is a resource-sensitive environment.

You’re just minutes from hiking trails, local cafés, grocery stores, and Yucca Valley’s shopping centers. Whether exploring Joshua Tree or relaxing at home, this house is a comfortable and welcoming place to return to.  
  
Sauna:   
Our private indoor sauna with outdoor access is built directly into the home—fully enclosed, insulated, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The entrance door is located outside, but once you step inside, you're in a true indoor-style cedar sauna with benches and dry heat. Ideal for warming up on cool desert nights or unwinding after hiking Joshua Tree.  
  
Private Pool:  
The beautiful in-ground pool with mountain and Joshua tree views is available for your use.  
  
"OPTIONALLY HEATED POOL"  
October 1 - April 30; $500 to heat the pool to 85 degrees + $179/day   
May 1 - September 3; $350 to heat the pool to 88 degrees + $179/day  
  
The pool cover is required at ALL TIMES when you are not using the pool. A 72 hour notice is required for pool heat as the pool takes 3 days to get to temp because we have an electric heater. A reminder is required from guest to host 3 days before check-in to confirm pool heat is on (call or message us). We will add pool heat after booking as an optional upgrade.  
  
Security:  
We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us, help protect you, and help protect our neighbors.
