"Our stay was so lovely!! Great staff, amazing food, and clean hotel! Unfortunately during our stay, my boyfriend and I got strep throat. We immediately got in contact with the on-call doctor, who came to our room within 10 minutes. He was very kind and informative. He gave the proper medications and made sure we were aware of what he was administering/prescribing and explained how much of each drug to take and when. He messaged us daily to do check ins to monitor our condition. Great communication skills! If we are ever back in Cancun, we will definitely be staying here again."
