"This is our favorite resort. We've stayed here several times. Club level is worth the splurge. The check-in process is smooth and easy. The concierges are friendly and helpful. The ambiance is peaceful and restful (although they do offer more fun-filled and active options). It is easy to enjoy your entire vacation without incurring extra costs, and still have plentiful amenities. We're already planning next year's trip."

"My Royal visit was wonderful and the Team professional ! I will return. I do suggest Occidental consider ways to elevate the experience from the dinner reservation rules every 2 days as it is too much work for an all inclusive and Royal beach needs improvement which may explain why it is always empty."
