"Habitaciones con techos con humedad telas de arañas, sábanas, mantas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, la infraestructura del hotel, 1 ascensor malogrado, tuve que pagar otro hotel para poder descansar cómodos y tranquilos, tengo los comprobantes, solo un counter, ni sofás para la espera al checkin del hotel, solicito la devolución del dinero, terriblemente malo el hospedaje, porque lo califican como bueno sino es así, gastar dinero por algo que no lo vale. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ese hotel. No usamos ni la calefacción porque salían el moho, solicité el cambio de habitación, pero en esos 2 días ni siquiera llamaron a la habitación para hacer el cambio. Viajé con mis padres ( que ya son personas de la tercera edad ) y los hice pasar un mal rato, mi hermano, esposo y menor hija."

"Staff are friendly and the location is good. But the rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a/c or a window. So it gets really warm and uncomfortable with no air movement. And they provide a breakfast which is a small amount of bread and coffee. Not really a breakfast worth mentioning. "

"This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. "

"For the breakfast, they give you a voucher for a near-by restaraunt that came with basics like a cup of coffe, orange juice, along with fresh baked medialunas and churros. Things like eggs and extra coffee were charged. There were tons of shops and restaraunts nearby, Abasto Shopping Center, was about a 20 minute walk, Plaza de Mayo was about 35 minutes,and Puerto Modero was about 15-20 minutes by Uber. Its an older place, but feels very well maintainted. My biggest complaints are were that while they say they have A/C, it must be a central cooling type thing, with no way to adjust the tempurature and did not seem to run at night. Nor did they have any sort of electric fan in room, so I was pretty uncomfortable trying to sleep. (This was mid March, average temps were 77 F in the day) The bed in my room felt pretty worn out, like the springs were collapsed, I wasnt poked,.but at times I did feel like the bed was about to collapse. Finally, they advertise that they do pick up and drop off at the airport, however, I did not see the fine print that said the arrangements must be made 72 hours in advance. Overall, I do want to say it was a positive experience, and they were very kind and gracious, allowing me both a very early check-in, and a late check-out, for almost no charge. I would recommend staying here."
