This was a very unique old hotel, with a lot of original features still remaining. The staff were very helpful at check in, although at check-in and at the front door, we were given two different directions for parking. The parking situation is really terrible. That garage is very old, and it was very confusing to figure out why we could not park in the surface level parking. Also at night to have to walk from the parking garage and go outside and back into the hotel is not ideal. The original features are very nice, although there are quite a few trip hazards getting on and off the elevators. The floor is not always flat. Rooms were very nice and very clean.
