I loved the unit. They went all in on the cozy bear theme. We loved it. Issues: - the lights in the bathroom and living room didn’t work. I tried to contact the property manager several times but never received a response. I couldn’t call because we were in sos service territory. But disappointed that there was no follow up. - dishwasher doesn’t work. Did a lot of handwashing- which is totally fine but please advertise accordingly. I had to clean everything before we used it. Lots of gunk on the utensils and plates. - THE BIGGEST THING - it is advertised to have AC. There is no ac. And in July/august - it’s hot.
