It was very easy to communicate with the host to get in and out. It’s surface level clean, but not deep clean there’s no TV in the bedrooms and the walls of the townhouse are super paperthin. You can literally hear the conversations from the next townhouse over and if you go on the patio outside, there is no privacy whatsoever but other than that check in and out was easy I booked this house because I was in town buying a car and there was a garage at the property so that is also a plus

Great location!

We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check out also went smoothly with no issues.
