"Absolutely could not fault the staff. The room was clean and we enjoyed being close to York St John University and the shopping hub of the city centre. The food was okay although at breakfast there was sometimes bits missing or run out- no hot water for tea, run out of sausages, etc…. The staff were very attentive and the little texts to check in on us during our stay were lovely. "

"We had a one night stay. The room was spacious well designed with a large bed and sumptuous bedding. Did not want to leave the bed in the morning. We had roof top drinks prior to heading out in the evening. The roof top bar was relaxing with some great views. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a good choice and high quality ingredients. "
