Sleeping up to five guests, Beadale Cottage invites you into its light and airy living area boasting two reception rooms; a sitting room and a separate snug, both with ample seating, television and feature ornamental fireplaces. In addition is a chill-out reading area, ideal for some quiet time or a family board game. The spacious, exceptionally bright and well-equipped kitchen and dining area ensures you can take full advantage and entertain whilst making magical holiday memories. Through a door in the kitchen, you will find a utility area which houses the laundry facilities and storage space for muddy boots after a day exploring the moors. From the hallway, the staircase leads to the landing, taking you to the family shower room and three welcoming bedrooms, all of which are characteristic of Beadale Cottage with its low ceilings and exposed beams. The tastefully decorated master bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom. Through the french doors, step out onto the rear patio and barbecue area with seating for six guests. Then, after taking 10 steep steps, enjoy the local views and get lost in the peaceful extensive garden, perfect if you want to hideaway, switch off and relax. Situated only a short drive from Sutton Bank where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales (also known to be James Herriot, the famous vet's favourite view), Beadale Cottage is the perfect base to explore all that Yorkshire has to offer. Ground Floor: Hallway leading to Kitchen and dining area With electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Dining area with seating for eight guests and french doors lead out to the patio. Utility room With laundry facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom With WC and wash basin. Sitting room With comfy seating, traditional ornamental fireplace and Smart television with DVD player. Snug With comfy seating, traditional ornamental fireplace and television. Inner lobby chill-out reading area With a sofa and stairs leading up to the first floor. First Floor: Master bedroom With king-size bed, bedside tables, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom With a bath, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With 3' twin single beds, bedside cabinets and double wardrobe. Bedroom three With one 3' single bed, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. Family shower room With shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Outside: Paved seating area at the rear of the cottage with garden furniture for six guests and barbecue area. Large mature garden with 10 steep steps and sloped path. Off street parking to the side of the property on the drive. Additional Information: Welcome hamper included. One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dog inside the property to the kitchen and utility room only. 10 steep steps lead to the large sloped garden. Not suitable for children aged one to five years. Babies aged 12 months and under are welcome, please bring your own cot, bedding, highchairs and stair gate.
