Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom cottage, where the peaceful charm of the countryside meets the convenience of city living. Located just 2 miles from the vibrant heart of York, this cosy haven offers a serene escape while keeping you close to all the city's attractions. Both bedrooms feature private ensuites, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The inviting living space is perfect for relaxation, complete with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing you to unwind after a day of exploration. With parking onsite and a tranquil setting, you can enjoy a leisurely 40-minute walk to York’s city centre, where you can explore historic landmarks, indulge in local dining, and visit the nearby racecourse, all just a short distance away. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a friends' retreat, this idyllic cottage is the perfect base for your York adventure. FREE PARKING: Parking is available for 1 car at the front of the property. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. TRAVEL COT There is a travel cot available for guests to use at the property.
