About this space
Welcome to our quiet, cosy terraced home in York. Our beautiful 2 bedroom house is the perfect way to explore the city and escape all the crowds after a busy day exploring. This beautiful property has been stylishly finished with comfort in mind.

Located a short 10 minute walk from the city centre, this home provides the perfect base for groups and families of up to 4 people to enjoy this magnificent city.

The space
This beautiful home away from home has been decorated to a very high standard with modern but cosy fixtures and fittings throughout.

The house opens into the living room which has been recently redecorated with a gorgeous, comfortable sofa and new TV. There is plenty of space to relax after a long day exploring this wonderful city.

Moving through the house brings guests into the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has been stocked to provide everything guests need for a comfortable stay and the dining room can seat 4 people. Beyond, guests will find the sink, along with washing machine and fridge freezer.

At the end of the hallway you will find a new, beautifully fitted bathroom with shower.

Upstairs guests will find two spacious and beautifully decorated double bedrooms, each with lots of space and storage.

There is a lovely back yard for guests to use, complete with seating area for outdoor dining.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
PARKING
Unfortunately, there is no parking available with my property due to recent changes with the local council.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).

Additional rules
Please be respectful to neighbours and ensure noise is kept to a minimum late at night and early in the morning.

Please also ensure all windows and doors are locked before you check out of the property.

Die to a broken boiler the agency cancelled I’m booking in York and provided and none acceptable substitute holiday home at the fringe of town is telling us that we craft the same house for the prize we had for Inner City York holiday home although it had considerably less amenities and was not so well furnished I would have expected a massive discount on this holiday home so we accepted the cancellation of the holiday home and do hope we see our money soon in total
