Set in the shadows of York Minster and just a few minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. The ground floor of the property has a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, wall mounted LCD Smart TV and a dining table to seat 6 for dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this standard including a gas hob. Just off the kitchen is a utility area complete with microwave and separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an attractive, enclosed patio at the rear of the property with outdoor seating that's perfect for enjoying a drink in the warmer times of the year. In the entrance hallway of the property there is a small wc. Moving up to the first floor, there are two of the bedrooms. The first of which features a king size bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom is next door and features another king size bed, drawers and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath along with a separate shower. On the top floor there is a twin room in the attic complete with drawer unit, wardrobe and TV.
