  • Properties of this style are a rare find in York. Tucked away at the foot of the city walls is 6 Monkbar Court. Although a terrace property, it certainly has the feel of a cosy, country cottage. On entering you are greeted by the the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has the added benefit of a wood burner which again is a real rarity for a property so centrally located.

    The kitchen is complimented by a cosy dining space to seat 2 located at the side of the kitchen. At the rear there is a small courtyard area with an outdoor seat for 2. The outdoor area literally backs right onto the base of the city walls.

    Upstairs you will find the bedroom with double bed and also the house bathroom complete with a bath with overhead shower.
