Excellent communication and equipment operating instructions. The kitchen is very well equipped and overall the decor is stunning. We loved the accordion glass doors to the patio and the views of the medieval walls. The glass enclosed seating area with a heater would be an exceptional bonus on rainy or colder days, but we had lovely weather for patio usage. The house is cozy but somehow also spacious. You feel like you're in the middle of the suburbs, but are three blocks from all of the wonderful York action. Only potential negative was the smaller beds- folks used to American queen or king beds will find them a tight squeeze.
