  • York is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom townhome. Inside, guests find three queen beds and a cool living room with a comfy king size sofa bed. The three bathrooms offer a superb mix of showers, bathtubs. Whether you’re relaxing or getting ready for the day, the space feels delightful and inviting. A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately VRBO does not have this option, but we only do Checkins on Saturdays during the summer season.

We really liked the place. It's new, spotless and comfortable. The location is great - just a few steps to Short Sands. We walked to the beach easily.Scott was very quick to respond when we had a couple questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were nervous given it was new - but it was well stocked, clean, with plenty of room for our group. The beds were very comfortable and 3 bathrooms were convenient. The location was great - just a short walk to the beaches and town. We enjoyed morning walks to Nubble Lighthouse, also. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, there is a nice deck and sitting area in the back with a fire pit. Scott was very easy to work with. We all said we would stay there again.

The home was brand new with excellent amenities. A great place for families! Minutes from the beach and great eateries. Scott, our host was extremely helpful. Would recommend for any family.
