"Location location location!! The hotel is attached to the Shibuya station plus the Airport Limo to both airports stop here. Keep in mind that the area is extremely busy and is in the heart of Shibuya which some may find overwhelming. Rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful. There are coin operated washer and dryers on the 7th to 10th floors. Would stay here again!!! "

"Small, but not as small as other budget hotels. Still had a little space to sit. Washer/Dryer came in clutch because it did rain a few days while we were there. 24 hour grocery store across the street was also a plus. Fridge, microwave and hot plate in the room so we were able to stock up on snacks and drinks. Maybe a mile walk to Shibuya crossing. Near an alley with restaurants and bars."

"The location is fantastic, right on the departure floor for international Terminal 3, so it's great if you have an early flight. Hotel check-in and out is all done by machines in the lobby, so you never meet the staff. The room was clean and had a mini-fridge and a large bathtub. The bed was fine. I did have one big problem, though. Walking in the room's front door, you find the bed. Then there is a glass wall, behind which is the bathroom, where the outside window is then located. The bedroom can never be made dark since there is no curtain on the outside window, only some ineffective plastic flaps that don't quite block the light. (I guess they didn't put in a curtain because the bathroom would be damp.) You can pull a small shade over part of the glass wall, but it doesn't do much. So at 4:30 in the morning the room is brightly lit, a special problem if you've arrived somewhat jet-lagged. In their next refurbishment, I'd recommend perhaps a metal grate on the outside window that can be lowered."

"Location is great - adjacent convenience store, station opposite, shopping centre very near, but limited opening hours. Lovely views - Rainbow Bridge, colourful fountain display, Statue of Liberty. Breakfast in all restaurants and room service does not start until 7am. Night room service ends 10pm, restaurants close early. Sight seeing tours start early and some end late so you are forced to use adjacent convenience shop. Exec/club lounge hours are slo limited and hors d’oeuvres are not labled for food allergens or meat/vegetarian/vegan. Drinks selections were vast, and lounge itself is very nice. For an international hotel there were no English speaking staff. Airport Shuttle bus service has limited operating times, so you have to take taxis if your flights are outside of these hours. Signage and information is poor within the hotel. Majority signs are in Japanese only, some with poor English translations. Not everyone can speak and read Japanese. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are very good. Spa services but no hair/beauty salon. Ok for one or two nights only."

"The cleaning in my room was inconsistent. The area for putting my toiletries and tea items was limited. And I understand that my items were untidy. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. Also the housekeeping staff was loud during their shift and were calling each other in the corridor. Not all stay guests leave the room, especially if they are staying overnight. More discrete conversations and attention to their volume of their voices should be considered. "
