"WOW!!! All I can say is this was one of the best stays on my trip. The view from my room was incredible. The food (room service and otherwise) was fantastic. The common areas were classy and immaculate. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel is within a short walking distance of a bunch of attractions. And, transportation options are everywhere. Subway, connect to train, connect to Shinkansen etc. I ordered the "American: Style breakfast as a room service option and if you choose to do so, bring a friend or 3!"

"Lovely hotel with a good location next to train station and 2 malls with plenty of food options. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Would stay again. Only downside is that it is mostly away from the main attractions but perfect for shopping."

"I picked this hotel because it had a washer/dryer in every room, a feature of all Tokyu Stay hotels. It was in a great location, with the Takanawa Gateway Train Station literally just across the street, and Shinagawa Station just one stop away. Perfect for access to the Haneda Express Train. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Fantastic hotel would stay again however would eat out locally rather than in hotel itself as quite expensive. Ask how to get to transit centre plenty of affordable options there for food. "
