Had three rooms for three days. Front desk service required us to process the check-in in a scanner that was complicated and time consuming. Bed is hard in comparison with western standard. Breakfast is Japanese (feels like lunch). Not all in my group liked. Nevertheless it was good.

駅からも近くすぐにたどり着きました！ エントランスのスタッフさんもとても親切にして頂きました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 食事のホールが少し密集気味で椅子が他の方と当たりがちになったのが気になりましたが、それ以外は特に気になった点はありませんでした。

ぴあアリーナでLIVEの為宿泊しました。 最寄り駅からとても近かった! ぴあアリーナ方面も中華街も徒歩圏内。 喫煙所がちょっと遠いのが難点かな… 荷物預け用ロッカーがあってとても便利でした。 朝食も美味しかったです☆ コーヒーとお茶がいつでも飲めて有難かったです^^
