Not even just Japan… We arrived and the reception couldnt find my reservation for 15 min till I had to myself. Then he tells me my room is a smoking room which was horrible and smelled like cigarettes were just smoked in there. When getting to the room we were greeted by semen stained sheets, and when we asked for a new comforter they gave us 2 thin white sheets.
