This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! The attendant grabbed our bags and lead us to the desk where we checked in and did so in perfect English. We were given our kimonos to wear during our visit which we did. We booked half board we got a nice 5 course dinner and breakfast. We sure glad we did, dinner n bfast was awesome service and we enjoyed the traditional japanese food a lot. Staff were 5star service. The place is very conducive to rest and relaxation. Onsen was 2thumbs up. We didnt know until after that hotel actually has shuttle service to and from train station. So be sure to call them to pick u up from the station if youre not driving. Lobby not very impressive but you’d be surpised with how clean the room is and very modern yet still traditional with the tatami set up.
