"The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. There were mini-supermarkets nearby and the pool was a bit touch, even though it was still cold in May. The breakfast was great, even though it was served later than usual and the cook bent over backwards to make sure that she made us something we'd enjoy. ..."

"Also ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, welches eine Waschmaschine enthält ein King Size Bett und am Ende habe ich ein ganz anderes Zimmer bekommen. Viel kleiner ohne Waschmaschine ohne Komfort. Einfach ein Loch. Und auf meine Frage, dass ich wenigstens einen Refund bekomme oder hab ich nichts bekommen, ..."
