"5성급 호텔중에 이렇게 길게 줄을 서 본적없어서 당황스러웠어요. 너무 아름답고 깨끗하고 스텝 분들의 최고의 서비스를 받는데 시스템이 아직도 중구난방이라고 할까요. 라스베가스로 예를들면 벨라지오 호텔에 시스템은 2스타호텔에서 줄서서 체크인하기정도? 메인라비에 중간에 라운지가 크게 자리를 차지하고 있어서 여행가방들을 끌고 다니기에 돌아다녀야해서 불편했어요 예쁜 욕조였는데 구멍이 완벽히 닫아지지않아 목욕도 못했어요"
