"The hotel was clean, convenient, and close to amenities. It is also very close to the airport for an overnight stay prior to travel. My only complaint, however, was that I was very hot sleeping as the A/C did not function correctly and would not cool the room. Other than that the staff were helpful and welcoming."

"Great breakfast, outstanding latte during our one-night stay. The workout facility was great too. We had a package that included an afternoon/evening cocktail hour, which far exceeded our expectations with the numerous food selections (we could have made that our dinner had we known!) The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Would absolutely stay here again. There were only 2 minor negatives: 1. We arrived mid-morning, exhausted from a long flight, and I asked if we could check into a room early. The first receptionist said they had no room available. We could barely keep our eyes open so my husband returned and talked with another receptionist who said she could accommodate us if we upgraded to a suite. We gladly did, but I wasn't offered that as an option. 2. The suite was very spacious and quiet, even for our midday nap. But the light switches throughout were confusing. We literally could not turn off the lights in the living room...LOL."

"Everything was great except the lady at the front desk who told me I could not bring my food in to the cafeteria because that’s for people who paid for a meal down there. So I had no choice but to eat my meal in the front lounge area."
