At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel. "Stayed for one night before my flight out of Sydney. Consistent experience of a Holiday Inn Express, which is great. Rooms all come with breakfast to fill up before flying. Parking staff could be a tad more friendly. Overall, thumbs up! "
