Gite in the owners' house, on 2 levels. 1st floor (access from the outside): entrance, living room opening onto the terrace, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm, 1 single bed 80x190 cm) with private bathrooms (shower and WC). 2nd floor: mezzanine with sloping ceilings (empty opening onto the living room) with kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm; 2 single beds 90x190 cm) with private bathroom (shower and WC). Total floor space: 139 m² including attic areas. All rooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Terrace with summer kitchen. Swimming pool (access from April to September depending on the weather - dimensions 5 x 10.50 - depth from 1.10 m to 2 m). Shared laundry room on the ground floor of the house (washing machine and dryer) House with swimming pool in a fenced property, in a hamlet nestled on a hill overlooking the rolling countryside. Large terrace with summer kitchen. Property of 3000m² carefully landscaped and decorated with flowers with pétanque court, trampoline and swing. Parking surveillance camera. Shops, services and electric car charging station in Yenne, 4 km away. Gite with outdoor swimming pool, 4 km from Yenne, a commercial village on the banks of the Rhône. Hilly territory of the Savoyard Foreland with the lakes of St Jean de Chevelu 2 km away or Lake Aiguebelette 20 km away, hiking trails including the Way of St Jacques de Compostelle, cycling routes (Via Rhôna) and numerous sporting activities in the surrounding area: rock climbing, via ferrata and treetop adventure course, paragliding and canoeing-kayaking.
