"Villa Pandu lives up to the expectations for a stay in Bali! From the communication from Paul and Melanie to the arrangement of the driver for the week to the accommodations nothing was a disappointment. The staff were amazing, meals were excellent and the villa is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Villa Pandu is in North Bali which is a trek but we would not of had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful people who manage the villa. Mellie and Ita cooked some fabulous meals and made sure our stay was rememberable and comfortable. We can’t say enough about the car service and our driver Dharma. He recommended and took us to some fabulous places in Bali and truly made our vacation. 5 stars and beyond in customer service!! We will definitely be back!! "We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals and pool time. The sunsets are stunning! The 3.5 hour drive on a curvy road is worth the it. Do some reading about the customs in Bali and the ability to get what you need. We found the Pepito store in Lovina had everything we wanted. Dini the. house manager was quick to respond to our questions with accurate answers. Iluh created the meals we asked for each day. Our driver Leung was so fun, he ate lunch with us in Lovina after a day of shopping. Massage therapists came to the house daily for wonderful treatments of massage. We looked for pool floaties in the nearby towns but didn't find anything until the last day. The pool is where we spent most of our time and an inflatable chair would have been perfect. Take one if you have the room in your luggage. Monek the Gardner kept the grounds clean and cut open coconuts for us to try the water inside. We walked to Bora Bora a few times & had great food, drink and conversation with the servers. The Pearl farm is a must! If ever an airport is created for the North side of the island, this place will be filled with tourists. "

"My wife and I spent three relaxing days at Umadewi Surf, the staff could not do enough for you. We firstly booked a garden view but upgraded to an ocean view on the second and third night. The upgrade went without any problems and they were very accommodating to our needs. The ocean view suite was very spacious and the bathroom was very modern."

"We had a lovely 8 week stay at this villa. It is in a very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful views of the ocean. The housekeeper and cook, Jayanthi, is a real gem. She is an amazing cook and keeps the villa immaculate! We highly recommend this villa."

"My husband and I stayed in a standard room for our first night. We felt it was too small and didn’t have any view of the ocean from the small terrace. Probably more suited for younger surfers. We asked to be upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room with ocean views! What a difference! It was stunning! We loved our beach view from the large, relaxing balcony. The room was very large, clean and welcoming. It was definitely worth the extra money! The staff were extremely sweet and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious but limited to one main dish, a juice and a tea or coffee. If you want extra it’s quite cheap so no problems there. The pool is lovely but small and is situated alongside the restaurant, so if you’re swimming people in the bar/restaurant can see you. Being an older person I didn’t use it as I was too embarrassed. There’s not much around the area however it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and chill out! We would stay there again just for the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff and stunning room with a view! "

"I don't know where to begin...This villa is an absolute treasure.From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were taken care of in superb fashion by the caring staff. The house, pool, grounds, etc., are in great shape, and there is plenty to discover in the north of Bali. We did have a driver, as driving is a big challenge. If you are considering a visit to North Bali, you should consider this Villa. Book it!"
