"Prime harbout front location in downtown. New renovated 5-star hotel with an infinity jacuzzi which my family had a great time at. The harbour view rooms are simply stunning! "
"Helpful staff, comfortable hotel, incredible views from harbour view room. Hotel is looking a little tired and could do with a bit of modernisation. Loved the stay. "
"Highly recommended to stay at W Hongkong. Special thanks to Mr. Jet (Asst. Director of Welcome), Mr. Keane (Asst. Chief Concierge), also Alex & Kent, for their best service from pre-arrival of my booking until departure. Thanks alot. "

"This is our second stay at the Royal Plaza and the hotel never disappoints. Excellent staff, both at reception, as well as the maids who tidy up the rooms everyday. The hotel and the room we stayed in was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located at Mong Kok East MTR whilst a five minute walk takes you to Mong Kok. This alone makes it very convenient when travelling around Hong Kong and the New Territories. If you like staying on the Kowloon side look no further than the Royal Plaza. Will not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended to everyone."
"Fantastic hotel situated in an ideal location - 5-6 mins away from 2 MTR stations.
Staff were professional and helpful.
1 room (of 2) initially wasn't ready on time, but they made an extra effort to keep us informed whilst we waited.
Hotel bathroom was a little tired, but everything else was in good condition.
High standards maintained - will stay here again.
