This beautifully appointed house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a range of amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area, and a lovely garden. Perfect for families, the property is suitable for children and infants and even welcomes pets. Situated in the picturesque town of Yarm, you'll be close to local attractions and experiences. The Space: The living room at Orient House boasts an L-shaped sofa meaning you can cosy up with your loved ones in front of the huge Smart TV and enjoy a night in. The space is also complete with coffee tables and a footstool. Ideal for socialising, Orient House has an open plan space on the ground floor which includes the kitchen and dining area. With white high shine cabinets and light wooden worktops, the kitchen is both stylish and practical. You’ll have everything you need for a self-catering stay as the kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area includes a contemporary dining table and black leather chairs. Ideally located by the kitchen, you can easily communicate with the rest of your party as you prepare and serve meals. Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden area. This generously sized outdoor area includes space for outdoor seats with both grassed and patio areas on offer as well. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is home to a king-size bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom two also houses a king-size bed, whilst the final bedroom is where you’ll find a single bed. All rooms are complete with storage space for your belongings so you can make yourself right at home. The family bathroom has a deep bathtub, wash basin and WC for your convenience. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Orient House are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in. Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Orient House per reservation.
