"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. The bus ride approx. 1 hr, and wait for shuttle...

"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"Stayed for a week in a serviced apartment, which was beautiful, clean and spacious. Many of the staff spoke excellent English, which was very helpful. Food was all lovely, room service food was hot, delicious and well presented, and breakfast was honestly the nicest I’ve had in any hotel. The concierge, Chris was extremely helpful before we arrived, arranging transport and so on, and lovely whilst we were there. Hotel is extremely well located. Arranged a late check out for us without issue. Cannot fault it in any way and will definitely stay again when we return to South Korea. "
