Poor systems in place leading to refunds being sent to an incorrect credit card (a different one to the one they charged to). Poor communication and follow up when issue raised. "The house is in a lovely location with a sheltered verandah. We were there for a girls get together and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet.
