Inside, you'll find a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, thoughtfully designed for comfortable family living. A coonara in the center of the home provides warmth and charm, while a wall-mounted split system ensures year round comfort. The kitchen, partially separated from the living space, is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and microwave. The lounge offers multiple cozy couches and entertainment options, including a TV with DVD and Blu-ray players. A central hallway leads to three well-appointed bedrooms, the main bathroom and the laundry. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, the second bedroom offers both a queen and a double bed while the third bedroom offers two singles. All bedrooms include clothing storage, and two of the bedrooms have their own TVs for your convenience. The main bathroom features a shower, bath and toilet, while the laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and an additional separate toilet. The kids bedrooms down the end of the house meant we could play games in the lounge at night without bothering the children. Being fully fenced was great for the dogs and there was a vacant large block across the road where we could throw the frisbee. It was only a few minutes drive into town and even less to the beach. The only downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen, the carpets in the bedroom were pretty old and stained and the bedroom ceilings had quite a few cobwebs. However given that it was considerably cheaper than most other properties they were minor. I would definitely stay there again if taking the dogs. ##### Sally K. It was cold, but then again it is the middle of winter and we came prepared. The combination of heater and wood heater worked fine, but just takes a little while to warm up. The yard was a great size for our dog to stay. Just a very minor thing, a tea towel would be really useful. Very comfy beds. Good kitchen, although dishwasher wasn’t working well. Hot showers and great to have 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately heating was inadequate for this time of year (August). It was good to get away and the cottage is only 5 minutes drive from the town centre. Lots to do in and around Inverloch. Kongwak Sunday market was fun.
