"When we arrived the receptionist was talking with a guest, we weren’t even acknowledged, the conversation went for nearly 5 minutes, not a good start. Our room was lovely until my husband laid down in bed and I went into the bathroom, the bathroom fan has been placed in the cavity just above the bed and was vibrating the whole wall. This meant everytime the lights were turned on in the bathroom the noise above the bed happened, this is a huge problem, as I get up to go the bathroom 2-3 times a night and couldn’t turn the light on as it would vibrate the wall and wake my husband.
