    This unit really is the ultimate holiday property for those wanting to wake up, check the surf, go for a long morning walk on the beach or just relax on the large balcony with a morning cuppa. An easy 15 minute walk finds you in the heart of Yamba's CBD, cafes and restaurants.

    Featuring a spacious open plan kitchen, tastefully furnished living and dining area that opens out to the balcony, ideal for catching the cooling ocean breezes or entertaining guests. The Main Bedroom includes a Queen Bed, built-ins and ceiling fans. The second bedroom offers 2 Single Beds, built-ins and ceiling fans, all linen is provided. The unit offers a generous size bathroom with a shower vanity and toilet. Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer. Romiaka 11 offers the perfect getaway for a family of 4.
