    A short easy stroll from the beach, it's calm and coastal without trying too hard - light-filled, breezy and designed for mornings that begin barefoot and days set by the tide. Wander the headland walk, duck out of the wind on a sheltered beach, or meander into town for good coffee, fresh seafood and a late-afternoon drink.

    Inside, simplicity rules. Two thoughtfully styled bedrooms offer a soothing haven after salt and sun, while the comfortable lounge and big screen TV is made for slow evenings in. A well-equipped kitchen, upstairs bathroom and extra toilet downstairs keep things easy and practical.

    Unfussy, welcoming and well placed, it's a relaxed base for enjoying Yamba's beaches, river walks and that easy, sun-warmed seaside rhythm.
