We would definitely recommend it. The room was Japanese style, very comfortable and spacious. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. The staff don't speak much English but they were always so sweet and thoughtful, always using a translation app to explain everything. The only negative side is the location as it isn't easy to get there by public transportation, but they do provide a free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the bus stop. You just need to give them a call to make a reservation in order to be pick up at the bus station. If you don't speak Japanes, you can ask the staff at the tourist office to help you with making a call for you with your arrival time and there will be someone waiting for you at your arrival. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The meals were TO DIE FOR! We stayed for four nights and I only wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were very pleasant, the view from the ladies sauna was amazing.
