The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. The wood walls and floors in the shower room were rotted and covered in black mold. The stool in the shower was so rotted it broke. There are nails sticking up from the floor.The property description is inaccurate. There is no restaurant Café bar. We arrived in the evening and were directed to a grocery store an 40 minute walk away. There is no spa, there is no garden and the pictures do not accurately represent the property. There was no laundry facilities.
